Screen printing is a more traditional technique where each color in your design is applied using a separate stencil and screen. It’s ideal for bulk orders and simple designs with fewer colors, which helps keep the cost down per shirt. This method usually requires a minimum quantity to make setup worthwhile.
Digital printing, however, works more like a hight ech inkjet printer. It applies the entire design directly onto the fabric, all at once, using water based inks. It’s perfect for small orders, even just one shirt, especially when your artwork has lots of colors, gradients, or fine detail.
