Returns
To return a CheapBulkPrint product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at Sales@Cheapbulkprint.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
Because all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns once the design is approved and payment is completed.
Please double-check your design, spelling, and product details before final approval.
However, if there is a production error or the item arrives damaged due to our mistake, we will gladly remake and exchange the product at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide photos of the error or damage for review.
We appreciate your understanding, custom items are made just for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
